We will provide you with everything you need, and a complete list of all of our active listings, free of charge. We can even setup auto-notification e-mails to send to you the moment we list a new property. You will know the second it hits the market!

We are literally having to turn away tenants right now as we don’t have enough units to rent to them, while other property management firms continue to struggle due to weaker advertising campaigns and smaller tenant databases. We know the value in renting out a unit quickly for an investor after he purchases a unit from you, and this is key to continue to get repeat business and referrals. This is why we put so much time, money and effort into our property management business and realize how important it is that we rent out units quickly for you and your investors.

Handyman Services: We have our own crew of workers for you to provide estimates, make necessary repairs and upgrades, and turn bank owned units quickly for your investors. What makes us different though is we do not simply provide a network of licensed contractors, plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc., but this is OUR crew. They are employed by Reid Resort Realty, Inc. directly and thus there is no middle-man. Selecting the right vendor to do the work is one thing; managing them is another nightmare! We realized this years ago with managing so many units and brought our entire crew in-house. The end result…a more manageable team dedicated to our firm only since we pay their salary, and more cost savings for your investors since we aren’t simply outsourcing the work to a handyman or contractor like 99% of firms do out there! All you have to do is turn the property over to our Handyman Services division and we can take over from there. You can be as involved or uninvolved as you want to be!

FREE Office Supplies: All office supplies for your real estate sales efforts are paid for by the brokerage! This includes but is not limited to paper, pens, staplers and staples, scissors, rubber bands, highlighters, white out, sharpie markers, glue sticks, paper clips, desk organizers, binder clips, desk calculators, tape and tape dispensers, 3 hole punches, envelopes, Fedex and USPS supplies and more! Please note: We maintain a paperless office to the best of our ability. We do not provide popular items such as POST-IT notes and legal pads and do not encourage the use of them either as it decreases efficiency.

Remote Office Access: You are provided with remote access to your office PC from anywhere in the world through GoToMyPC.com! Everything is paid for by the brokerage.

Bi-weekly cleaning service: Tired of working at another brokerage that is constantly dirty, unsanitary and who knows what else? Our office is cleaned thoroughly twice a month by our professional cleaning crew, including your workstation, at no extra cost!

REMOTE AGENT COMMISSION STRUCTURE (no use of office whatsoever; work from home only)

There are no other fees whatsoever!! E&O insurance is paid by the brokerage. We maintain a very simple commission structure unlike most other brokerages out there! You are also welcome to pass this transaction fee on to your Buyer or Seller, or have it deducted out of your commission. Most of our agents have their buyers and sellers pay the transaction fee which is standard in the industry. Please note: You can only change pay structures every 6 months.
We also provide lead generation for a 25% referral to the brokerage for each lead closed from any client, or listing, referred to you.
